Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached and in the original packaging.

The Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Return Request

    Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

  2. Receive Return Authorization & Instructions

    We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions within 1-2 business days. Please do not ship items back without an RA number—this helps us process your return efficiently.

  3. Package Your Items Securely

    Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your packing slip or the RA email inside the package. Seal the box securely for its journey back to us.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Ship your package to our Colorado Springs headquarters using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package for its full value. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  5. We Process Your Return

    Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive an email confirmation when processing is complete.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll initiate your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return (processing time depends on your card issuer)
  • PayPal: 3-7 business days after we process your return

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. The refund amount will exclude original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and integrity of our gear for all adventurers, certain items cannot be returned for hygienic or safety reasons:

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Briefs & Boxers: For obvious hygienic reasons, intimate apparel cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
  • Bandanas & Masks: For health and hygiene considerations, these items are final sale once removed from original packaging.
  • Personalized or Customized Items: Any products altered or customized specifically for you.
  • Items Damaged by Misuse: Products damaged due to improper use or wear and tear.
  • Items Without Original Packaging/Tags: We cannot accept returns without original packaging and attached tags.

Note: If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately—we’ll make it right and cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help with exchanges subject to product availability.

  • Follow the same return process outlined above, clearly stating you want an exchange and specifying the desired replacement item.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference plus any applicable shipping.
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges may extend delivery time; we’ll provide an estimated timeline when processing your request.
