The Return & Exchange Process: A 5-Step Trail

  2. Receive Return Authorization & Instructions

    We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions within 1-2 business days. Please do not ship items back without an RA number—this is crucial for efficient processing.

  3. Package Your Items Securely

    Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your packing slip or the RA email inside the package. Seal the box securely for its journey back to our headquarters.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Ship your package to the address below using a trackable method. We recommend insuring your package. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds: Timing & Methods

Once your return is approved, here’s what to expect:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds are initiated within 5-10 business days after we process your return. The timing for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
  • PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days after we process your return.

Important Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our gear for all adventurers, the following items cannot be returned once their packaging is opened or under specific conditions:

  • Briefs & Boxers: For hygienic reasons, intimate apparel is final sale once the original packaging is opened.
  • Bandanas & Masks: For health and hygiene considerations, these items cannot be returned once removed from their original packaging.
  • Personalized or Customized Items: Any products that have been altered or customized specifically for you.
  • Items Damaged by Misuse: Products damaged due to improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items Without Original Packaging & Tags: We cannot accept returns if the original packaging, tags, or labels are missing.

Exception to the Exception: If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will make it right and cover the return shipping costs.
