We specialize in outdoor apparel, equipment, and accessories including but not limited to: Backpacks, Climbing Gear, Camp Kitchen, Canoes & Kayaks, Camp Furniture, Clothing, and related accessories. Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color or detail may occur.

3.2 Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for that item.

3.3 Non-Returnable Items (For Safety & Hygiene)

To protect all members of our community, the following items are final sale once original packaging is opened:

• Briefs & Boxers (intimate apparel)
• Bandanas & Masks
• Personalized or Customized Items
• Items damaged by misuse or without original packaging/tags.

Exceptions apply only for defective items or incorrect shipments, where we will cover return costs.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept this offer by sending an order confirmation email. Order processing takes 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally (with noted exclusions) via:

• Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over $50. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs, weather, or carrier delays may occur. We recommend ordering well ahead of your trip.

4.4 Taxes and Duties

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our goal is to ensure your gear fits your adventure. Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is part of these Terms. Key points:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be new, unused, with all original tags and packaging.
• Process: Contact customer service first for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we process the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
• Exchanges: Subject to availability. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
